Thank you for purchasing live beneficial insects from Organic Control. Our highest priority is for you to receive a healthy and effective product, so we only ship them Monday through Wednesday to ensure they will not get stuck in the delivery system over a weekend. Redeemed orders received after 12:00pm PST on Wednesday will be shipped the following week via UPS. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If your area is experiencing inclement weather or temperature extremes, we may delay the shipment to protect the health of the product.
